I guess I did. And I have probably always liked science teachers best, because they teach the most interesting class 🙂 … I really liked that particular teacher in highschool because he made us do a lot of practical stuff like microscopy, microbiology and field biology. He also made us write some sort of thesis about a political debate that was going on in Switzerland at that time. It was about genetically modified organisms. I really liked that!

My favourite science teacher was my GCSE and A-level physics teacher. We all liked him because he used to teach us by really doing stuff rather than just reading through the textbook. He used to show us really cool things that we could do with the science equipment that we weren’t supposed to know about or be able to do (for example blowing up capacitors in electronics lessons – we were allowed to blow them up if we could explain why it happened!) (And I won’t tell you how to do it here – ask your physics teacher!)

Those are the lessons I remember now so they obviously left an impression on me!

My biology teacher was really good fun, he used to sing us songs about photosynthesis! A bit wacky, but it definitely kept the class interested 🙂

I also really liked my French teacher. For one lesson, she let us have a proper, real French breakfast. We ate croissants, bread with nutella, chocolat chaud, cheese… and spoke in French, of course! Miam miam (that’s French for ‘yummy’…. see, I must have learned something!!).

My chemistry teacher Ms Law because she was a nutter! She will let us do some cool stuff and make chemistry fun! She can explain things to us really well and teaches ways to make balancing equations easier etc. sadly I have forgotten her methods now since I haven’t done those sort of chemistry in years 🙂 I miss her!!
