• Question: sorry i had to leave the chat room but when i grow up i want to become a hairdresser as i love messing about with my own hair.what about you when you were little what did you want to do.

      Hi Dior101,

      That’s cool. It’s good to have an idea of what you want to be 🙂 Maybe you can arrange a week work experience at your local salon in your summer holiday to see if it is really what you think it will be like? Often you have to do a lot of tidying and cleaning too!

      Hairdressing have things to do with science too. When people have curly hair it is because they have more disulfide bonds between hair proteins! And products that makes your hair curly tries to create more disulfide bonds in the hair!!
      haha you can find science in everything!! 😉

      When I was younger.. I wanted to be all sort of things 😛
      fashion designer, cook, business woman, human rights lawyer etc. haha I am doing something totally different now 😛
