I have a mix of accents – I was born near the West Midlands (Staffordshire) and then lived in Yorkshire for 7 years and in Galway in Ireland for 3 years, before moving to Essex for the past 5 years. My accent is probably a mix of all these local accents!

I think Zara had a video somewhere where she showed everyone her Scottish accent!

A Scottish (or Glaswegian) one! I don’t think my accent is very strong though. You can hear it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4GXb3KBWQyU&feature=player_embedded

Haha, nice one 🙂 … Actually most people have a really hard time telling what accent I have. Some say French, some say German, some have even said that I was from up North. I really have a Swiss accent, but nobody knows the Swiss accent, so people keep getting confused.

I am from New York originally, but I’ve moved around all of my life. I am an accent chameleon. I pick up and lose accents depending on where I am. Usually I have to be somewhere for a little while, but eventually it happens. I have been asked if I am Irish or Scottish usually. Sometimes Scottish people will pick up from my accent or funny words that I use that I am not from here. They usually ask me if I’m Canadian. Nobody has ever guessed New York.

haha nice question. I think I have a Cockney accent because I grew up in Wembley but then going to an international school in Hong Kong.. I have then developed a slight canadian accent! But generally it’s more cockney but certain words will sound canadian!
