      Hi Laura,

It really depends on which type of cancer you want to know?
There are over 200 types of cancers and we are still discovering new ones at the moment.
Cancer developing in the brain might be such a size that it affects the brain function so our movement or speech? or even just headaches, seizures, mood changes
But don’t be worry if you or you noticed people with headache etc. I get headaches all the time! Headaches can be caused due to dehydration too!

Signs breast cancer (more common) in ladies might be a lump on the side just beneath their armpit. The local doctor and nurses can do these checks for people.

Bowel cancers – people might notice blood in their poo

Skin cancers- moles that are growing or changes colours then you should go and let your doctor know!

Blood cancers – leukemia, people might be tired really easily and prone to infections etc. There are many more cancer types: bone, eye, liver, pancreas, colon, stomach, testicular, ovarian and kidney etc.

In some types of cancer the specific symptoms do not appear until it has reached late stage. If the cancer has spread to other parts of the body then there may be many different symptoms.

If you are asking about molecular signs.. then let me know 🙂
