      I assume that you are referring to ejaculation, when semen is ejected from the penis. You may also be referring to the orgasm, the feeling that is generated at the moment of ejaculation. Women also have orgasms, not just men.
      The reason for the ejaculation is simple. In order to procreate the sperm form the male and the egg cell from the female have to combine into an embryo. With humans as with all mammals and also reptiles this combination, the fertilization happens within the body of the female. The ejaculation is the mechanisms that brings the sperm into the female body.
      The orgasm is a trick nature is using to make animals mate. Once animals have this kind of incentive to mate, they also have better chances to have offsprings.
