I think someone has already asked this question earlier. The most important thing for me is to be a part of this, and I think it’s great that the prize goes to a communication project!

As Nicolas says, we are all here to take part and answer your questions. We want to get you guys excited and interested about science so that you think about it more (and maybe even study it yourself later in your life).

Whoever wins will use the money to do a science project with school children or the public so we are all trying to do similar things. If you look in our profiles you can see our plans for the money if we win – see which one you like and then vote for that person!

I’m just excited to be taking part – I’m having a great time chatting to you and the other scientists! Obviously it is nice to win but the money will be going to a good cause no matter what 🙂 Like Edd said, you can find out what each of us want to do with the money by checking out our profiles!

I think by being chosen by the schools because they want to talk to me and find out what I am doing is already good enough for me! I don’t mind so much about winning this or not because my aim was just to answer any burning questions young people might have!! I think this event is a great idea and would have loved to do something like this back in school!
I hope to persuade people who didn’t really like science to like science a bit? hopefully I have! Or encourage those that already like it to keep liking it!
